New Zealand Agriculture and Climate Change Conference

Hon Todd McClay, Agriculture and Forestry Minister, delivers the opening address at the New Zealand Agriculture and Climate Change Conference 2024

The New Zealand Agriculture & Climate Change Conference brings together scientists, government representatives, industry, primary sector leaders and practitioners to discuss the challenges and opportunities that climate change presents for the agricultural sector.
The annual conference is organised by the New Zealand Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Research Centre (NZAGRC), in partnership with the Ministry for Primary Industries (MPI) and AgriZeroNZ.

We are excited to announce the 2026 New Zealand Agriculture and Climate Change Conference will be taking place at Tākina, Wellington over two impactful days: 29th - 30th April 2026.
